In 2010, I purchased a home on my own for the first time. Bill and Jannette showed me homes within my budget.(which wasn't very much). I told them what I wanted, they were VERY prompt in showing me homes and walking me through the process. I especially appreciated their honesty and integrity. In 2011, I was ready to purchase a 2nd home and contacted Bill and Jannette again, I was in a much better position at that time to get more of home. This time I told them what I had to have and they chose homes with those requirements and I purchased my "dream" home. I will recommend the Kriegers with high regards to others. Bill first helped us sell our home nearly 20 years ago, and at that time it was evident that Bill would be a great Realtor. He did everything as promised and the deal was smooth. I have never been impressed by real estate agents. Bill and Jannette changed my mind. They listed our house and brought in an offer in less than a month in a down market and then found us a house to purchase that was not even on the market. Jannette and Bill helped me find and buy a house. It was the most pleasant experience I have had while purchasing a home. The Krieger's are the most honest real estate agents I have ever worked with. Jannette spent time learning what I wanted and showed me many houses. When we found the right one, Jannette and Bill helped me through the home inspection and processes.
